Jennifer is the Principal Licensee for JMO Property Group. She has unparalleled experience in the real estate, marketing, property, construction and development industries spanning more than 25 years.
Jennifer has been involved with some of the Gold Coast’s premier developments during her career. This includes such notable developments as Sanctuary Cove and Robina. Jennifer was seconded to work exclusively on the Robina project following the decision by Arthur Earle to joint venture the development of the land holdings with Robin Loh of Singapore. During her time with Robina Land Corporation, Jennifer was heavily involved in the early stages of planning and the corporation’s bid for the first casino licence in Queensland.
Captivated by the concept of being involved in the development of Queensland’s first residential resort, Jennifer then joined Discovery Bay Developments (the developer of Sanctuary Cove) in the pre-launch phase. Notable achievements during her tenure at Sanctuary Cove include, the Ultimate Event, the Ultimate Auction and spearheading the Special Guest program to market the development.
After Sanctuary Cove, Jennifer moved to join Villa World, the notable Gold Coast based, ASX listed builder and developer. During her time at Villa World, she was responsible for planning and development co-ordination before she took these valuable skills into the private sector where the focus shifted to the construction and marketing of medium and high-rise developments, luxury homes, investment homes and student accommodation.
Ultimately, Jennifer marshalled her combined experience to jointly establish JMO Property Group as a family owned and operated real estate business. Jennifer uses her vast industry experience to deliver outstanding quality and excellence in property solutions to JMO Property Group’s client base.
In addition, Jennifer has served on the board of a not-for-profit organisation as well as Deputy Chair, Governing Council of a higher education start up.
